Environmental Recycling System is the world's most efficient aerobic fermentation technology commercialised utilising 3 particular types of microbes with ultra-strong decomposing power recover organic resources with a    3 hours process. 

The 3 hours ERS process, breaks organic material down to fine granules, and reduces the moisture level to 30%. Then separate any inorganics such as plastic food packaging from organic granules post ERS process with trommel and sieving system. 

After separation process, depending on the type of waste feedstock and the business environment, ERS system recovers animal feed, fertiliser, or biomass fuel without contamination.

The resources recovered contain higher nutrient concentration and calorific value, are easy to store and transport, and build circular economy serving different business purposes.

With the energy demand booming in different industries, WTE has become a more popular trend. Jet has co-developed a biomass boiler to combine with ERS tech to close the waste processing loop with a WTE approach. 

ERS recovers biomass fuel from the organic waste, by loading the biomass fuel to the biomass boiler, heat is generated and supplied to ERS to offset some energy consumption. Surplus heat may either be be supplied to the business owner, or converted to electricity with a turbine generator subject to feasibility. 

JET is current developing a gasification system which gasifies the plastic packaging separated from the organic resources to combustible gas, hence used to generate heat and potentially electricity.
